Our core Program

Our program was build on scientific research, combining insights from neuroscience, psychology, and counselling to offer evidence-based tools that improve mental wellbeing and performance.

It is not a talking therapy, but a structured program that combines MBCT, MBSR, emotional regulation, and grounding tools to support individuals in managing emotions and staying present during challenging times. The program is focused on action, mind training, and emotional grounding techniques, with a high emphasis on mindfulness practices.

This program is designed to support anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties in coping with major life changes. With regular dedicated practice the benefits may induce changes in the brain and may promote improved emotional regulation, increased resilience, greater self-awareness, and greater ability to stay grounded and present during challenging times.

Neuroscience-Backed Mindfulness Training

Integrating MBCT, MBSR, Emotional Regulation, Grounding Tools, and Creative Practices

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Neuroscience shows that MBCT helps rewire the brain by enhancing the connection between the prefrontal cortex and the amygdala, areas responsible for emotion regulation and stress response. This training helps reduce rumination and prevent relapse of depressive symptoms by fostering awareness of thought patterns and our ability to gently redirect them.

Emotional Regulation

Mindfulness-based emotional regulation helps activate the brain's parasympathetic nervous system, promoting calm and reducing stress. The practice strengthens the prefrontal cortex, improving your ability to manage strong emotions and impulsivity while increasing emotional resilience. Increased emotional regulation has a positive effect on interpersonal relationships.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is supported by studies showing its effects on reducing the brain's stress response, particularly by lowering activity in the default mode network (associated with mind-wandering). It increases gray matter density in areas linked to learning, memory, and emotional regulation. A well-respected stress reduction program, it works by increasing body awareness, thought awareness and choice.

Grounding Tools

Grounding techniques, supported by neuroscience, help reduce anxiety by bringing attention to the present moment and activating the brain’s sensory pathways. Simple techniques like focusing on physical sensations (e.g., touching objects or listening to sounds) breathing exercises, and havening reduce overactivity in the fear-based centers of the brain, promoting a state of calm.

Creative Mindfulness Training

Incorporating creativity into mindfulness, such as through mindful drawing, music, or movement, activates different brain regions, enhancing neuroplasticity and fostering a sense of flow. Creative mindfulness engages both the right and left hemispheres, leading to balanced emotional processing and reducing stress through a more dynamic form of mindfulness.
