At Grounding Mindfulness, we aim to provide high-quality, impactful mindfulness programs. We understand that personal circumstances can change, and we’ve created a refund policy that balances flexibility with the integrity of our scheduled courses.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: We will reschedule with over 24 hours notice prior. Please check policy page for more details.

1. Single Session Bookings (if applicable):​

• Non-refundable: All payments for completed sessions are final and non-refundable. We value the time and effort invested in each session, and no refunds will be issued for sessions already attended.

2. 8-Week and 10-Week Course Refunds:

• Before Course Commencement: If you have pre-booked a course and need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the course start date.

• Within 7 Days of the Start Date: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins are eligible for a 50% refund, as we reserve your place in the course and may not be able to fill the spot on short notice.

3. After the Course Starts:

• Non-refundable: Once the 8- or 10-week course has commenced, no refunds will be issued. We believe in the value of committing to the full program for the best possible outcome, and spaces are reserved for each participant for the entire course duration.

4. Course Transfers:

• In lieu of a refund, if your schedule changes and you are unable to attend the course, you may transfer your registration to a future course start date, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the course begins.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

• We understand that unexpected events can occur. In the event of serious illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us at kat@groundingmindfulness.com.au to discuss potential accommodations or options on a case-by-case basis.
